Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that road ref: L-1026 Kells will be closed to vehicular traffic from its junction with road ref L-1027 Kells Village to its junction with road ref L-5065 Haggard on Thursday 21st September from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. to facilitate roadworks.
Local diversions shall be in operation and signposted.
In so far as practical whilst roadworks are in progress local access will be facilitated but is likely to be subject to delays.
