Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that road ref: R691 will be closed to vehicular traffic from its junction with road ref L10171 Whitehouse to its junction with road ref L1014 Dairyhill on Wednesday 21st August from 7.00a.m. to 7.00p.m. approximately to facilitate roadworks.
Local diversions shall be in operation and signposted.
In so far as practical whilst roadworks are in progress local access will be facilitated but is likely to be subject to delays.
