Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that road ref: L8239 Cappagh will be closed to vehicular traffic from its junction with road ref: L8238 Rossroe to its junction with road ref: L8240 Cappagh on Tuesday 31st March from 7.00a.m. to 7.00p.m. daily to facilitate roadworks.
Local diversions shall be in operation and signposted.
In so far as practical whilst roadworks are in progress local access will be facilitated but is likely to be subject to delays.
