Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that road ref: R713 Knocktopher will be closed to vehicular traffic from its junction with road ref R448 to Tirlán Countrylife, Ballyhale (access available to Tirlán from the Knocktopher side) 8am to 6pm from Monday 2nd September to Friday 6th September inclusive to facilitate emergency roadworks.
Local diversions shall be in operation and signposted.
In so far as practical whilst roadworks are in progress local access will be facilitated but is likely to be subject to delays.
