Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that road ref: R448 Thomastown will be closed to vehicular traffic travelling from the direction of Knocktopher on Wednesday 7th May 7.00pm to 12 Midnight approximately to facilitate emergency road reinstatement works following damage caused by burst watermain.
Diversion route through Stoneyford shall be operational.
Traffic leaving Thomastown on R448 towards Knocktopher will operate as normal.
