Temporary Road Closure on R704 28/3/23 to 07/04/23

Due to emergency bridge works the R704 between Ballynooney East and Three Friars Cross at Ballymartin will be closed from 28 Mar to 7 Apr - diversions in place
Due to emergency bridge works, Kilkenny County Council will close the R704 Regional Road bridge between Ballynooney East and Three Friars Crossroads at Ballymartin from Tuesday 28th March until Friday 7th April 2023. The closure will be in place on a 24 hour basis during this period. Local diversions will be in place.
Vehicles travelling between New Ross and Mullinavat will be required to use the R723 from New Ross to Glenmore, N25 to Grannagh and M9 to Mullinavat.
Kilkenny County Council apologise for any inconvenience caused.
